Diet Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon fresh or canned pumpkin (don’t use pumpkin pie filling)
1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
1/2 cup skim milk (or use rice or soy milk)
2 teaspoons Splenda (or stevia)
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon instant coffee

Heat water in microwave and stir in instant coffee.

Combine:

Coffee, as prepared above
milk
pumpkin
protein powder
apple pie spice
sweetener

Blend until well-combined. Heat in microwave or pour over ice to serve.

Stats!

150 cals.
24 grams protein
11 grams carb, 9.5 grams sugar.
